2(4)* large fish steaks/fillets 125ml(250)* Natural Yogurt 2(4)* tablespoons of Lemon juice JUMJO Tandori Machi mix Salt Oil Serve with potatoes/spinach/salad.

1. In a dish mix together the yogurt, spices, salt and lemon juice and marinate the fish.
2. Place in fridge for 30 mins. (if you have time, its better to leave for a couple of hours)
3. Heat oven to 200°C - 20minutes before cooking.
4. Place fish on a baking try . (lined with foil and greased with oil)
5. Place in a hot oven for approx 15-20 mins until the fish is cooked.
6. Serve hot with potatoes/spinach/salad ec
7. JUMJO!!!


If you want this dish to be extra spicy, when placing the fish on the baking tray add the excess yogurt on top.
