You can also order Sambhar Chicken more spicy or less spicy than the original recipe! Just state on the order form!

2(3)* medium onions thinly sliced
JUMJO Sambhar Chicken mix
450g (900)* chopped chicken (breast)
3(5)* chopped medium tomatoes
Oil 
Serve with rice & yogurt

1. In a pot, on a medium heat, fry the onions until dark brown & crunchy. (2 tablespoons of oil is enough)

2  Remove onions and place on absorbent paper.

3. On a low heat - Using the same pot, and remaining oil (add 2 tablespoons of oil if there is no oil left.)  add JUMJO Sambhar  Chicken mix, stir for 30 seconds.

5. Increase heat and add chicken, salt then the tomatoes.  Stir for 3 minutes.

6. Cover the pot and reduce to a low heat. Cook for approx 25 (35)* minutes, until chicken is tender stirring occasionally.

7. Serve with rice/piadina/naan and yogurt and salad.

8. Sprinkle onions over chicken.
