You can also order Khando Chicken more spicy or less spicy than the original recipe! Just state on the order form!

1(2)* Medium onion finely sliced
1 JUMJO Kando Spice Mix
Salt
450g (900g)* Chicken breast, chopped
Oil 
Serve with Piadina/naan and a salad 
(or rice and natural yogurt)

1. In a pot add 2 tablespoons of oil and the onion. Cook until onions are soft.

2. Add JUMJO Kando Spice Mix and salt. Stir for 1 minute. 

3. Add chicken, raise heat and stir for 4 minutes.

4. Reduce heat and Cover and cook for approx 25 (35)* mins. stirring occasionally until chicken is tender.

5 Serve with piadina/naan and a salad (or rice and yogurt) and a cold beer.

Why not try this dish with vegetables - aubergines/courgettes/green beans etc. (just add at step 3) And remember, if you want to eat this with rice and a small amount of water to the chicken to make some gravy. It is advised not to eat the cardamoms, cinnamon and cloves.
