You can also order Garam Beef more spicy or less spicy than the original recipe! Just state on the order form!

1(2)* Medium onion finely sliced
450g (900g)* Beef or lamb,cubed
2(4)* Medium Tomatoes,chopped 
1 JUMJO Garam beef Mix
Salt
200ml (400ml)* natural yogurt 
Oil 
Serve with Rice and Natural Yogurt

1. In a pot on a medium heat add 2 tablespoons of oil and onions. Stir until onions are soft.

2. Add meat and increase the heat. Stir for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and cover for 15 (25)* mins.

3. Add tomatoes, stir and cover for 30 mins on a low medium heat.

4. In a frying pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil and JUMJO Garam Beef spice mix. Stir until you smell the spices. (about 30seconds)

5. Add the spices to the meat and add salt. ( add some meat to the frying pan to remove all the spices).

6. Stir for 3 minutes.

7. Reduce heat and cover and cook for approx 20-30 mins. stirring occasionally until beef is tender.

8 Add a spoon of yogurt and stir well, repeat 3 (6)* times. Stir and cover for 15 minutes.

9 Serve with rice and a cold beer. (Recommended to put a spoon of yogurt on the meat)
