1 JUMJO Dahi Chicken Mix 400g(800g)* Skinless legs/thigh(2/person) 1(2)* Medium Tomato chopped Salt 125ml(250ml)* Natural Yogurt Oil Serve with Rice

1. In a pot on a low heat add 2 tablespoons of oil, heat the oil and add the "JUMJO dahi chicken Mix". Stir for 30 seconds.
2. Add chicken, tomatoes and salt, raise the temperature and stir for 5 minutes.
3. Reduce heat, cover and cook for approx 40 mins, stirring occasionally until chicken is tender.
4. When the chicken is tender, take off the heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
5. On a very low heat add 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mix and stir very well. Repeat this until all the yogurt finished (if required, add more yogurt for more "sauce")
6.. Serve immediately with rice.

When adding yogurt to hot foods, it is very easy to curdle the yogurt. Here are a few tips to avoid this. Make sure the yogurt is at room temperature. Do not add the yogurt when the food is very hot. Add a little yogurt at a time and stir rigorously.
