1. Marinate the chicken wth the JUMJO Chicken PiccantO spice mix, salt and 2 tablespoons of oil. Leave to stand for 30 minutes (can leave overnight too)
2. Heat oven at 200C 30 minutes before placing chicken in oven.
3. Place on a baking tray lined with foil.
4. Place in oven, on a medium shelf.
5. Turn chicken once skin is crunchy, approx 25 (35)*
6. Cook until skin on both sides is crunchy.
7. Serve hot with a salad and/or chips with a cold beer.
